Greek Salad

I’ve been watching a lot of the Food Network and keep hearing “We eat with our eyes”.
This pic came up in my camera roll!
I want to share with you this simple, delicious Greek Salad

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup greens of your choice (romaine, mixed greens, spring mix)
1/2 cup halved grape tomatoes
1/2 cup cucumber, sliced & quartered
1/4 cup feta cheese
1 Tbsp. kalamata olives, sliced
1 Tbsp. dressing
Optional: 1 cup cooked chicken, cubed
1/2 cup cooked quinoa

I love this homemade greek dressing!
