Here’s a recipe that can transport you to the beach with tropical flavors
Plus contains fiber filled carbs, healthy fats and veggies!
Tropical Green Smoothie Bowl
INGREDIENTS:
1 heaping cup frozen pineapple
1 banana
1 cup spinach
1/2 ripe avocado
3/4 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
Juice of 1 lime
2 dates, pitted
1/2 cup rolled oats
Topping ideas: coconut flakes, berries, banana, nuts, seeds, mango
Blend all ingredients except oats on high until smooth.
Place 1/4 cup oats in 2 bowls.
Divide mixture between 2 bowls. Stir and let sit 15 minutes.
Sprinkle on your favorite toppings!
