Chia Seed Pudding



Not sure what to do with chia seeds? Make chia seed pudding as a snack! 

Despite their tiny size, chia seeds contain large amounts of fiber and ❤️ healthy omega-3 fatty acids, plenty of high-quality protein, and several essential minerals and antioxidants. They may improve digestive health and risk factors for heart disease and diabetes. Chia seeds also help with weight loss and reducing inflammation.

Try this super simple chia seed pudding with fresh fruit as a great pick me up snack! 

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/4 c water (or coconut water)
1/4 c chia seeds
cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Mix 1 and ¼ c water (or coconut water) with ¼ c chia seeds. 
2. Stir well. Let sit 5 min and stir again. 
3. Seal well & refrigerate for about an hour or more. 
4. Makes 2 servings. Cinnamon is a must!! Optional toppings: berries/ unsweetened coconut/ sliced almonds.
