Fro- Whoa!

Dessert gone healthy!
Lovin’ this healthy swap for ice cream.

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup ice
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 tsp Xanthum gum powder
1 scoop chocolate protein powder (of course I use Shakeology)

Blend until thick & creamy!

Optional:
Can add 1 Tbsp PB, 1 tsp flavored extract (caramel, mint, coconut, hazelnut, cherry)
Toppings: chopped raw nuts, coconut flakes
