
During Lent, skip the Friday Night Fish Fry and make this Baked Salmon instead;)
Easy, healthy and delicious!
BAKED SALMON (makes 1 serving)
(could marinade overnight, but not required)
INGREDIENTS:
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
¼ tsp. sea salt
½ tsp. herbal seasoning blend (I use Mrs. Dash)
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 (6 oz.) salmon fillet, wild caught
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine garlic, oil, basil, salt, seasoning blend, lemon juice in bowl and mix well.
Place salmon in baking dish, cover with marinade.
Bake 12-15 minutes.
