Eggroll in a Bowl

Love Chinese food but not the greasy fried stuff? 

Try this simple, healthy substitute. 
Eggroll in a bowl without the fried wrapper.

1 serving
INGREDIENTS:
3 turkey sausage links, cooked, sliced
1/2 cup brown rice, cooked (I use Boil- in-a-Bag)
1 cup cabbage slaw
1 tsp sesame oil

DIRECTIONS:
Heat oil in pan
Add slaw, saute
Add sausage and rice
Top with a little soy sauce, tamarind, coconut amino’s/ Bragg’s and sesame seeds
