Baked Tempeh over Asian Salad

Tired of your Vegan lunches? Try this Baked Tempeh over Asian Salad.
Marinated tempeh baked then placed over spinach with mandarin oranges and almonds.

INGREDIENTS:

4 oz tempeh, cut into strips

2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

2 Tbsp Bragg Liquid Aminos

1 1/2 tsp sesame oil

1 1/2 tsp pure maple syrup

1/2 clove garlic, chopped

spinach

mandarin oranges

sliced almonds

DIRECTIONS:

In small bowl mix vinegar, Bragg, oil, syrup & garlic. Place tempeh in glass baking dish & cover with marinade. Marinate at least 1 hour, turning once. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Place over bed of spinach. Top with leftover marinade, oranges and almonds.
